The Owl
The Owl Cabin is a masterclass in rustic sophistication. At its heart lies a plush queen-sized bed, ensuring restful nights and tranquil mornings. The wood-burning fireplace, with its gentle glow and soothing crackle, sets the stage for a memorable experience.

The Sparrow
Sparrow is a small cottage for two with a queen bed, a wood-burning fireplace, a sitting area, and a writing desk set beneath a window. Guests of Sparrow have a private patio, which looks upon the grazing pasture of our resident sheep and a graceful blending of mature, natural trees.

The Quail
Quail is a romantic, small cottage for two with a wood-burning fireplace, a queen bed, a small sitting area with a chaise, a small refrigerator and microwave, 1 bathroom with a shower. The private patio sits under mature trees and in summer months honeysuckle fills the air surrounding the Quail cottage with sweet fragrance.

The Treetop
Treetop is set high upon the property with a private patio, full kitchen, living area, separate bedroom with two queen-size beds, 1 bathroom with a shower, and an excellent view, which overlooks the lush property.

The Wren
The Wren cottage, decorated with vibrant southwest charm, sits high on the property with a private deck. Wren has two separate bedrooms, one with a queen, one with a set of twins, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.

The Eagle
Eagle is about 200’ from the creek, set high on the property with glorious views of the natural paradise that is Briar Patch Inn. This was the living room of the original owner’s home, built in the 1940s. A king-size bed, a sitting area, and a wood-burning fireplace are gracefully blended to create a romantic and charming cottage.

The Ivy
Ivy House, designed for two with a king bed, kitchenette, large wood-burning stone fireplace, and patio are all tucked a mere 100’ from the creek. This was originally a barn built by the Etters, homesitters who settled on this property in the 1930s.

The Sycamore
Sycamore, a private cottage with a spacious living room, large wood-burning stone fireplace, full kitchen, 1 updated bathroom with a shower, and private patio shaded by mature trees, offers a suite-like atmosphere with separate bedroom and king bed.

The Blue Jay
Blue Jay has a large room with a vaulted ceiling. It is set high upon the property with a King bed, a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower. The placement of Bluejay offers privacy with beautiful views from the private patio.

The Robin
Robin, a cottage for two or three, is tucked away, with a full kitchen, sitting area, king bed in the bedroom, twin daybed in the living area, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a large patio. The large brick, wood-burning fireplace in the living area is a cozy element for guests to gather around.

The Oriole
Approach the ivy-covered Oriole, with a shaded patio, overlooking the mature landscape and sheep pasture. Enter through the “Dutch door” onto the flagstone floor to a comfortable, well-furnished living room with a brick fireplace.

The Acorn
Acorn cabin, set beneath the shade of the majestic oak trees, just 70′ from the rushing waters of beautiful Oak Creek. A king bed, kitchenette, and comfortable living room along with a window seat provide a relaxing area to enjoy a book, alongside the woodburning stone fireplace.

The Heron
The Heron sits privately at the far north end of our property and is surrounded by majestic trees and a large grassy lawn area. It is a great family cabin offering two bedrooms which are separated by the living room. With a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, a bathroom with tub and shower combo, and a private patio, Heron is near to our swimming hole and paths to the creek.

The Oak
Oak Cabin is a wonderful family choice that can accommodate up to 5 people. It is a large cabin with 2 separate bedrooms which are set apart by a comfy living room that also has a daybed. There is also a wood-burning fireplace and a full kitchen. The spacious private patio overlooks the lush garden areas and just across from it is a gas grill and picnic area.

The Kingfisher
Kingfisher is a very cozy and romantic cabin, with a king bed that looks onto a stone fireplace. There is also a twin daybed which can accommodate a third guest. It has a kitchenette and quaint little dining nook with a window that looks out at the enormous Sycamore trees.

The Deckhouse
Deckhouse is one of our most romantic cabins, sought-after for its prime location directly overlooking Oak Creek. With a queen bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a jetted bathtub and shower combo, and a cozy sitting area that leads directly onto the private patio.

The Creekside
Easy to know how this cabin got its name. Creekside guests are lured to relaxation as Oak Creek rushes beneath their creekside patio. There are 2 bedrooms, the master has a king and the second small bedroom has 2 twins. There is a full kitchen, a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a carport for parking.

The Casa de Piedra
Casa de Piedra, “The House of Stone” is the most recent addition to the Briar Patch Inn, designed for two in total privacy with the ultimate in romance and appreciation of nature in mind. Stone walls 18 inches thick of creek boulders embrace you as you relax in a cozy sitting area with a daybed in front of your crackling fireplace.

The Ponderosa
The Ponderosa is a large home ideal for small reunions, retreats, and large families. There are four bedrooms (king bed and twin in the master, queen in both the second and third and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom) sleeping a total of nine. The large, full kitchen is open to the spacious dining area and living room, which can seat up to 20 persons.
