Directions
When you arrive, enter our driveway and at the bottom of the pavement turn right and follow the signs to the office to check in.
From Phoenix
Take I-17 North toward Flagstaff.
Exit at Exit 298 for AZ-179 North toward Sedona.
Continue on AZ-179 for approximately 14 miles.
At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto AZ-89A North (heading toward Uptown Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon).
Continue through Uptown Sedona.
Stay on AZ-89A North for about 3 miles.
Briar Patch Inn is located on the left side of the road in Oak Creek Canyon.
📝 Tip: It’s easy to miss the entrance, so slow down once past Midgley Bridge.
From Flagstaff
Head south on US-89A from Flagstaff toward Sedona.
Travel through Oak Creek Canyon, a winding scenic route.
Continue on US-89A South for about 23 miles.
Briar Patch Inn is located on the right side of the road just before reaching Uptown Sedona.
Note: Cell service may be limited in the canyon. Watch for the Briar Patch Inn sign just after the Indian Gardens café and about 1/4 of a mile after Rainbow Trout Farm.
