Reservations

We require a 2-night minimum stay on weekends and a 3-night minimum stay on holidays. In order to guarantee a specific cottage, we require a 2-night minimum stay. We will always do our best to honor specific cottage requests for any length of stay; however, on stays less than 2 nights, we reserve the right to maintain flexibility in order to accommodate our booking sheet. A 1-night deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. Rates include a full breakfast buffet each morning from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Afternoon refreshments are served from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Prior to 14 days: If cancellations are made 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded (less a $25 per cottage cancellation fee).

Less than 14 days: If cancellations are made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit (less a $25 per cottage cancellation fee) will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the cottage(s) for the full reserved time period. If we are not able to re-rent the cottage(s) for the full reserved time period, you will be responsible for the full amount of all vacant nights.

Holiday Policy

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years: A 1-night deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged one-month (30 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date. Should you cancel less than 30 days before the arrival date, your deposit (less a $25 per cottage cancellation fee) will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the cottage(s) for the full reserved time period. If we are not able to re-rent the cottage(s) for the full reserved time period, you will be responsible for the full amount of all vacant nights.

MAP & DIRECTIONS

We are three miles north of Sedona, off Highway 89A, in Oak Creek Canyon.

Coming from Phoenix, north 120 miles.

Take Exit 298 Sedona-Oak Creek Canyon, which will put you on Hwy 179. This is approximately 2 hours from Phoenix. Once on Hwy. 179, travel approximately 25 miles. At intersection of 179 and Hwy 89A, turn right and drive three and a half miles up into Oak Creek Canyon. Briar Patch Inn is located on the right side of the highway and marked by this large sign.

Coming from Flagstaff, south 25 miles.

Take Hwy 89A South to Oak Creek Canyon for approximately 20 miles. We are just beyond the trout farm on the left.

Briar Patch Weddings

The lush oasis of the Briar Patch Inn creates a beautiful setting for a small intimate wedding. We welcome inquiries and would be delighted to explore the possibility of accommodating your ceremony. We are unable to provide space for receptions and may only consider a wedding of no more than 25 guests. Please call us for additional information.

• There are no hiking trails directly off the property. Many trails are a short distance away.
